BRITISH COLUMBIA
In-Clinic Support – Coquitlam
In Coquitlam, children receive in-clinic support from trained counsellors supervised by Carolina Hall, Registered Psychologist.
Following assessment, we develop individualized treatment plans targeting social skills, emotional regulation, behavioural strategies, and overall mental health. We collaborate with OTs, SLPs, pediatricians, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Families in British Columbia may use Autism Funding to access consultation for behaviour, social skills, emotional regulation, and parent coaching following a diagnosis.
ALBERTA
In-Home Support – Medicine Hat
In Medicine Hat, we provide in-home behavioural consultation and family coaching. Delivering support directly in your home allows strategies to be implemented where challenges naturally occur, making progress practical and sustainable.
What Is a Family/Child Coach?
A Family/Child Coach works alongside parents and caregivers to translate strategies into everyday routines through observation, modeling, and guided practice. We help families:
Understand the “why” behind behaviours
Strengthen positive routines
Use consistent, effective strategies
Build confidence during challenging moments
Family coaching turns professional guidance into actionable tools aligned with your child’s needs and your family’s values.
