Counselling for Adults
Space to slow down, make sense of what you are carrying and build tools that fit your life. In Coquitlam, Medicine Hat and online across BC and Alberta.
You deserve support too
Many adults spend years looking after everyone else before they look after themselves. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, low mood, a painful past, a big life change or simply feeling stuck, counselling gives you a place to be heard without judgement.
Our psychologists, social workers and clinical counsellors bring a wide range of experience, from crisis and community mental health to trauma recovery and neurodivergent adults. We tailor our approach to you, drawing on CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, solution-focused therapy and parts work.
