Nurturing Your Mental & Well-being
You've noticed something is different about your child. Maybe a teacher flagged it, maybe you've seen it at home. Or your teenager is struggling and you're not sure where to turn. You're not alone, and you don't need a referral to get started.
At Creative Minds Consulting, we believe every mind is different and those differences are valuable. We're here to help you understand your child and give your whole family the right support.
Why Choose Creative Minds
We integrate psychology, counselling, and social work under one roof so your family never has to navigate multiple providers. Our team-based model means your child, your teen, and you as a parent can all receive coordinated support from the same practice.
Our care is neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, and evidence-based. We don't fit people into a standard mould. Every assessment, every treatment plan, and every session is built around the individual in front of us.
We work with the whole family system, not just the presenting problem. Children, parents, and caregivers all receive practical tools, compassionate guidance, and advocacy support so progress made in session carries into everyday life.
What we offer
Autism and ADHD assessments (ADOS-2 and ADI-R)
Psychoeducational assessments
Child therapy and play therapy, including sand tray and art therapy
Adult counselling for anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions
Parent coaching
How it works
Book a consultation — Tell us what's going on and we'll point you in the right direction.
Assessment or intake — We gather context from your family and, where relevant, teachers, before the first session.
Your plan — You leave with a written report or clear treatment direction, plus tools to use at home.
