Family Counselling and Parent Coaching
When home feels tense, everyone feels it. We help families understand each other, calm the chaos and reconnect. In Coquitlam, Medicine Hat and online.

Support for the whole family
Children do best when the adults around them feel supported too. Whether you are navigating meltdowns, sibling conflict, a new diagnosis, separation or a family going through change, we work with you to understand what is happening beneath the behaviour and what will help.
Our team includes social workers and counsellors with deep experience supporting families, including foster, kinship and adoptive families, plus a family coach with lived experience of ADHD. We focus on connection and co-regulation, not blame.
Family counselling
Family sessions bring two or more family members together to improve communication, work through conflict and build routines that work for everyone. Sessions may include the whole family or different combinations, depending on your goals.
We help with:
Parent coaching
Parent coaching is practical, one-on-one support for parents and caregivers. Together we look at what is happening at home, what your child may need, and specific strategies you can try this week. It is especially helpful for parents of children with ADHD, autism, anxiety or big emotions.
Topics include:
Family coaching in Medicine Hat
Our family coach works with families in Medicine Hat on day-to-day strategies for ADHD, autism, behaviour and addiction-related challenges, bringing both training in addictions counselling and lived experience of ADHD. Family coaching complements counselling and assessment and is a practical, hands-on support.
Family coaching is $50 per hour and is offered through our Medicine Hat clinic.
