Registered Psychologist & Certified Play Therapy Supervisor (Alberta and British Columbia)
Carolina Hall is the Executive of Creative Minds Consulting, with offices in Medicine Hat, Alberta and Coquitlam, British Columbia.
Carolina began her career as a Behavioural Therapist in British Columbia, mentored by BCBA-certified analysts specializing in children on the Autism Spectrum. This foundation shaped her education and career path in psychology and counselling.
After completing her Bachelor’s Degree at Simon Fraser University (2007), Carolina returned to Medicine Hat, working as a Behavioural Consultant with both private agencies and the Medicine Hat Public School District. She also supervised the Mental Health Project (MyPlace and HUG) in local schools, implementing universal mental health support for students.
She later earned her Masters in Counselling Psychology and worked with Alberta Health Services as a Mental Health Therapist in schools and the Children’s Mental Health Clinic.
For the past 13 years, Carolina has focused on private practice as a Registered Psychologist, supporting children, adolescents, and families. She specializes in play therapy alongside evidence-based modalities, including:
*Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
*Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
*Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
Trauma informed and client focused.
Carolina also provides comprehensive assessment services for children and adults, including:
Social-emotional assessments (ADHD, Autism)
Cognitive and psycho-educational assessments
She collaborates with a wide range of professionals, including family physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech pathologists, ensuring a well-rounded approach to care.
With over 20 years of experience, Carolina’s mission is to help clients—both young and old—achieve their goals, build confidence, and manage unique challenges.
